On the request form: your full name, email address, phone number and business name; the range you pick for time in business, for annual revenue and for the amount requested; and your consent choice. During calls: what the funding is for, details about the business and its finances, and anything else you decide to tell us.
Information your browser sends
Routine technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, logged by our hosting provider and any analytics tools in use.
Information partners return
Whether a partner made an offer and, in general terms, how the request ended, so we can follow up with you.
The request form is hosted by LeadConnector
The embedded request form runs on LeadConnector, a GoHighLevel product, which stores your entries on our behalf. Automated submissions are filtered out by Cloudflare Turnstile. Each provider handles what it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.

- To pass your request to lending partners you have agreed we may contact.
- To answer your questions and keep a record of our conversations.
- To protect the site from abuse and fraud.

Who receives it
Lending partners
If you agree, your request and supporting details go to lending partners for their review. Each partner treats what it receives under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Companies that host the site, run the form and handle calls and messages receive information only to provide those services.
When the law requires it
Information may be disclosed where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function and, where enabled, basic analytics. When the form loads, its provider and Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies of their own.
Text messages
We text only after you opt in. Texting STOP ends them; texting HELP gets help.
