Lending partners make every credit decision and set every rate and term; sending the form commits you to nothing.
After you press submit
- We call. Orchardmark Financial contacts you at the number or email you entered and asks what the money is for and how the business would pay it back.
- We settle on a structure. Together we pick the funding type that fits the purpose; with your permission, the request goes to partners that offer it.
- A partner reviews. Expect requests for bank statements, tax returns or a quote, possibly a credit check, and a decision the partner makes alone.
- You decide. If an offer comes, weigh its total cost against its payment schedule. Saying no is always allowed.
What the form leaves out on purpose
You will find no box for a Social Security number, a bank login or an account number, and none of those should ever travel by ordinary email or text. Purpose, amount and revenue questions wait for the phone call.
